Jane鈥檚 first degree was in Classics (Girton College, Cambridge). After working in the City for five years she returned to Cambridge to study for the MPhil in New Testament. She spent seven years as the University鈥檚 first Disability Adviser, establishing the Disability Resource Centre, then moved to Lucy Cavendish College to be Assistant Graduate Tutor and then Admissions Tutor. During this period she worked towards her PhD on the role of emotion in the Acts of Paul and Thecla, part-time with King鈥檚 College London. In 2009 Jane moved to 黄色视频 to take up the post of Senior Tutor, stepping down in 2018 to devote more time to teaching and research.
